From just that one photo, iit looks like you have the strut damged and possibley the A-Post,the car can be repair but will need jiging,so chances are the insurance company will right it off,if you can post any more photos have a better idea

I've seen far worse repaired, but what Dave says may transpire. Do a quick check and measure centre of wheel dimensions on each side...

I hope you have an up to date agreed value? If so, don't be scared of it being 'written off' but wait until they give their assessment before stating you'll buy the salvage (some classic policies give you automatic right to the salvage FOC, others will charge you 9% of the settlement)

Speak to Carledo about folk with jigs, the skill to use them and recent knowledge of very similar Dolly damage...

Is the initial point of impact where it appears to be, above the wheel?

If so, my guess, (and it is only a guess, without seeing more of the car than is in that pic) is that it will repair. The Dolomega shell was very badly out of alignment with both front legs bent to the n/s and the n/s leg concertina'd back about 15mm. This was due to the subframe taking the brunt of a front end impact and transmitting the shock into the shell. External damage looked minimal, but looks were deceptive.
Despite this, I found a guy to jig it for sensible money (recommended by a friend) and it has come back better than new! Drop me a PM and i'll give you his details, his business is near Gayley just a stones throw from the M6 between Wolverhampton and Stafford.
