WELDING, STOKE AREA?

HI ALL, DOES ANYONE KNOW OF SOMEBODY IN THE STOKE AREA THAT DOES WELDING :?:
A FRIEND NEEDS SOME DOING ON HIS TRIUMPH 2.5 SALOON, IT IS ONLY ONE SMALL AREA.

There is a body shop very near to you Phoenix Motor Bodies -Dave's work shop is on the Old Cockshades Fruit Farm @ Shavington and he a fabricator by trade, like me he is old school Ex. Crewe Works where you had a proper apprenticeship - now its Bombardier, if you go and see him mention my name Paul with the blue dolly sprint.

i know of dave, but its for a pal who lives in stoke/congleton and its a bit to far for him.

There's a chap in Newchapel on the high street. Got a collection of sheds. I think it's called The Promenade Garage. Got no number but I used to live nearby and that's not far from Congleton. Worth a drive by and drop in. They did some work many years ago on my old Sprint body and I've seen other work, very good and neat for plate work.

it might be worth posting on clubtriumph forum,,loads of big saloon owners on there,maybe one bloke near...shame he not nearer to me
Dolomite 1300,1980`V`reg in british racing brown(russet),3.63 diff with 21t speedo pinion,95%poly`d,HL clocks,standard wheels with SE covers wrapt in 175 70 13,mot`d 19-09-2014,been off the since 1990,(july2017) stainless steel exhaust 3-piece,(xmas2018) wooden mountney steering wheel,(june2020) new monroe shock(radial front,gas-matic rears) with -1" lower`d springs all round.
