Hi are all dolomite steering columns the same ?

No.

The "flat dash" cars (Toledo, Dolomite 1300/1500) have a different column to the others
(with the curved dash).
It is further complicated because the steering wheel splines were changed c.1974
(thereby giving two versions of each type).
