Having decided to research tyre prices on line for my 1500HL, I entered my reg number in the appropriate field, and surprise surprise my car was not identified.
However a search could be made by tyre size so I proposed to enter 155 SR 13 - same as the ancient Dunlop Sports I'd had before.
Unfortunately I got no further.
I was asked to identify rim sizes, speed ratings and letters that meant nothing, so I guess tyre specifications must have changed.
If anyone else has had this problem, can you help me out with what I should be looking for?
Thanks
Alan.
Tyre specifications
Yeah.......
Try entering 155/80x13 and a T speed rating Alan.

Re: Tyre specifications
Thanks, that's moved me forwards. Looking at the results, the Dunlops seem to be the quietest and a reasonable price. Does anyone recommend any particular tyre over another?
Re: Tyre specifications
A kumho light transport tyre. Very good in the wet and a bit of classic thread. Because of the sturdier side wall the roadholding is very good. And surprisingly comfortable.
