I've seen the results that Ken got with the B&Q paint and will be using that if I ever need to do the job.
Some people are like Slinky's, they serve no real purpose in life but bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

Some one in the passed has used paint on my headling and it looks rubbish
