038 and 015 are the same size, the 015 has slightly more CCA and AH.

Holy thread revival!

I've recently replaced the battery on my 1850 and I ended up buying an 049. The plate for the clamp has to flipped 180 degrees to make it fit. It has 45Ah and 360CCA which is a bit more than the 038. It was used on quite a few Honda models.
