If I buy a head Gasket set,would that include the plate at the back of the head,and fuel pump ?

It should include the gasket for the rear plate but not the fuel pump. You can easily make a gasket for the fuel pump from some gasket paper.
Sprintless for the first time in 35+ years.

Over the last few years gasket sets have been getting cheaper and nastier and lots of them are now made from thin black paper. If you have any genuine Halls or Payen gaskets the quality stands out.
I have seen a fake Sprint H/G that even had some of the fire ring steel not interlocking like a genuine one has.
I have a turbo MX5 engine special and there are some nasty H/G's around for those too!
