Half shaft bearings

I have purchased a GHb 166 timken set for my Sprint and the 2585 roller part is the same. I took off a 2823 s cup part but the new part is without the S . From the Timken site I see the S just seems to be a slightly different radius on the back edge of the cup. I assume as everything else is exactly the same there should not be an issue.

Any experiences anyone ?
