New chassis plate

#1 Post by RichardHyde »

I’ve been really stupid and cut through my chassis plate. Don’t ask !!

Is it possible to buy a new one and get it stamped with the original letters and numbers ?

Thanks, Richard

If it's a normal Sprint type comission plate or a later VIN plate you can get a blank from the club via Alun Nicholas. If you ask him nicely and provide the relevant info, he might even stamp it up for you.

I can indeed provide either the intermediate type VA chassis numbers with weights in kilograms, or the late VIN style post VA.

Mike Barker has a source for the early VA style with weights in lbs
