Carpets

#1 Post by JPSPRINT »

G'day! My carpets are ok but a tad tired and considering Coverdale carpets (or any other quality sets you could recommend).

Coverdale offer 3 options, Blenheim polypropylene, Wessex wool or Kensington wool(looks amazing), just wondering what is closest in look and feel to my '75 or what your experiences were, cheers lads.

I have just installed the Blenheim from Coverdale in my car and it’s a bit cheap and cheerful, but looks ok and the colour isn’t far from the original. It was around £150 so I think it’s a fair price for what you get. No idea how the more expensive in the Coverdale range look, but if they aren’t moulded like the original carpet then they still wont fit that well, it’s just a better carpet fibre for your extra money.

I would keep your original carpet unless it’s really tatty and you cant live with it. Nothing will fit quite as well. I would have gladly kept an original carpet in my car but it didn’t have any in it when I bought it!
