Re: you tube
I've watched an episode or two, not something you could do over here without BIVA and all that implies. Fitting front suspension from a 2ton+ Crown Vic seems a bit overkill to me! But the engineering is well thought out.
I know of at least 2 V8 powered GT6 that have been completed and used in the UK (with the much lighter Rover unit of course) one was local to me and I got to drive it on a couple of occasions. Quick it certainly was, insane? Probably! Hard work to drive? Most assuredly! I don't think i'd bother! I'm more into roadholding and the total driving experience than OTT power that can't be used.
I saw a GT6 at the TSSC show at Donington Park a couple of years back with drivetrain from a Volvo/Renault Turbo around 2 litres and 4 cylinders. That went very well indeed, I was VERY impressed with that!

Re: you tube
Looks like a build right up my street, oddly an LSx weighs less than a triumph 6 engine,,but produces 3.5 times the torque so definitely needing that Corvette rear and decent brakes!
