Upper Ball joints

#1 Post by barracuda816 »

Hi All,

I did a quick forum search but couldn't find out where to get either good quality replacement or rebuild kits for the upper ball joints. My dolly is a daily so I really don't want them wearing out in a couple of thousand miles.

What are you all using?

Kind Regards, Luke

For rebuild kits T D Fitchetts in Telford, but telephone them, do not rely on their website!

You can only use rebuild kits on the type that either have a grease nipple on top, or a blanking bolt which would allow one to be fitted.

If you don't have the rebuildable type, I can supply you with a pair (needing rebuild!) for £28 inc postage.

I did buy a job lot of new top joints about 12 years ago and have 4 left: £30 each inc postage if they might be of interest.
