Thermostat

Hi all

I have recently changed the Thermostat to a dual value, is there a thermostat that opens at a lower temperature that anyone recommends or is it one fits all type of scenario?
Am i better with one that opens at a lower temp?

What engine are you running?

Standard thermostat is usually 88 degrees and you can run it all year, but the old idea was to run an 82 degree one in the hot summer months
