Need Help Dolomite HL 1850

#1 Post by Mick65Blbg »

My name is Michael and I come from Germany. I need your help.
I have a Super Seven with a Triumph 1850 HL engine. In order to repair the engine, I need technical documents. Do any of you have any that you can provide me with?
Please excuse my english. Unfortunately, I'm not that fit.
Many thanks for the help.

I have a spare 'Haynes' manual for the Dolomite 1850 which has a section on the engine which I can send to you for the cost of postage.

Oh, and there's not much wrong with your English!

There is a Dolomite Sprint repair manual online @ https://tecb.eu/onewebmedia/Dolomite_Sprint.pdf which you can download which hopefully has enough detail on the engine for you.

A manual will definitely help. I should take Alun's offer of the Haynes book if I was you. Good luck if you need to remove the cylinder head. Removing the angled studs can be VERY difficult.

I wish my German was a hundredth part as good as your English!
