My main issue is I changed the master and slave and the clutch went from fine to very stiff to press. Has anyone else had the same and or how to fix it, please?

This is what was fitted.
My car is a kit type mainly Triumph Herald 13/60 chassis and running gear. The engine is a 1500 Dolomite

CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER TRIUMPH HERALD & SPITFIRE 1965 ON GSY103
Hi, I think that what is important here is not the engine, but what gearbox and clutch is fitted. I have a late Dolomite 1300 fitted with a spitfire 1500 flywheel and 7.25" clutch . This conversion works fine with the original GSY105 7/8" slave cylinder and 5/8" master cylinder. I did try it briefly with a 3/4" master cylinder and it made the clutch very heavy.
According to what I can find out the GMC205 is a 5/8" cylinder, if that is true then your problem must be that you have too small a bore in the slave cylinder.
I note that GSY103 is only listed as suitable for the diaphragm clutch and not the older spring clutch, which is why I mention knowing which clutch you have would help.
I also not that the sellers of the GSY103 do not list it as suitable for the Dolomite 1300/1500.

Dolomite clutch master cylinders are indeed 5/8" bore (0.625). The main reason that cylinder isn't recommended for Dolomites though is its integral reservoir is at a kilter to be fitted to an inclined bulkhead, whereas a Dolomite has a vertical bulkhead.

Mix up between Master and Slave cylinders there I think :)
