Cheers Tony - I've just watched the YouTube vid, very cool mate!
Jon Jackson ran mine up just after he built it, but I've not started it yet, so I'll see if I can emulate your success!
Come and see some pretty shoddy, slow driving of a really well prepared competition Sprint here!

Looks smart!
They did my door tops and asked for the cubby door to get a match. They made a fantastic job of them.

Re: VA138, the next chapter....
Ive ended up veneering my dash 3 times the first 2 times i used bur elm, its a nice veneer but i had trouble with it, i bought my veneer from EBay so not sure about quality, the glue i used was Gorilla Glue which is white in colour, every thing went okay so i thought, stuck the veneer down, sanded the veneer down until smooth, applied the lacquer 3 or 4 coats then the problems started, where the knots are in the bur veneer white stress lines appeared
So striped veneer off again this time i used light oak veneer and stuck it down with evo stick the dash is okay this time, but am in the middle of making another dash the clock part from scratch but this one has 4 small gauges the veneer is on but not finished cutting out the holes yet
