What veneer is that ? are the door top capping's the same ?

Looks smart!

They did my door tops and asked for the cubby door to get a match. They made a fantastic job of them.

It's American Walnut Crown from California apparently!

Ive ended up veneering my dash 3 times :evil: the first 2 times i used bur elm, its a nice veneer but i had trouble with it, i bought my veneer from EBay so not sure about quality, the glue i used was Gorilla Glue which is white in colour, every thing went okay so i thought, stuck the veneer down, sanded the veneer down until smooth, applied the lacquer 3 or 4 coats then the problems started, where the knots are in the bur veneer white stress lines appeared
So striped veneer off again this time i used light oak veneer and stuck it down with evo stick
:D :D the dash is okay this time, but am in the middle of making another dash the clock part from scratch but this one has 4 small gauges the veneer is on but not finished cutting out the holes yet

A little more progress to report....dash is in but not wired up....it's taking too long!!
