I had a great time yesterday on the TDC stand, as usual. I big thanks to the organisers and I was really impressed with the new club stand. Also a big thank you to the ladies who drummed up more members to the club & regalia sales.

It really was a very successful show for the TDC this year. A number of new members signed up and plenty of spares and regalia sold.

It is always great to speak to new members and enthusiasts, but great to catch up with old friends too. An old club member who I haven't seen for over 15 years made the effort to come over and chat to me and it was nice to be able to find out where life had taken us since we last met for a pint at our club meet.

The new show equipment certainly seemed to draw people in and it looked far more professional as a result - well done to all those involved in this.

Particular thanks to all those who displayed their cars and stayed for the 3 days + set up... it really is a big ask, but everyone put in 100%.
