I appreciate that the Club Triumph RBRR is both well known and well attended by members of this board but this year will see me and a crack team of idiots giving it a go!
I don't think VA138 will be ready in time so I have bought a 1983 Triumph Acclaim to tackle the event in instead.
The charity benefiting from this year's run is Parkinson's UK - this is a charity I have a great affinity for due to family experiences so I am going all out to raise as much as I possibly can so I make no apologies for shamelessly plugging the fund raising here!
Come and see some pretty shoddy, slow driving of a really well prepared competition Sprint here!
I did consider doing this run myself, but unfortunately didn't have a suitable car and ran out of time trying to find one...
Enjoy the run... as tiring as it will be.

Track day Sprint for track fun....
Looking for something interesting for summer time daily use...
Skoda Superb 4x4 for everyday use...
It looked like for non-car reasons I couldn't enter this time, but I managed to find a way - so we are in! Not in a Dolomite this time, just me and Si in the Spitfire as per 2023.
I have a windscreen (toughened) and cylinder head here that belong to Ian McDonald who lives in Wick and for logistic problems haven't been transported to him. In past years I know that he has met the RBRR participants at JO'G so is there anyone taking part this year who could transport these items for us (so long as Ian intends to meet the cars as previously, that is...)
