After being actively caught up in a serious traffic incident on the A303, we ran much later than planned and very nearly abandoned the exercise. I'm glad we didn't. Such friendly people! Such sage advice! I'm already looking forward to the Basingstoke gathering.
Was it you I saw as I was leaving? Came barrelling towards me giving the victory sign out the window!
Thanks all for the warm welcome, obviously all your vehicles are much shinier than mine but other than wanting a bit more grunt and a better interior I love it.
Thanks again for organising the meet, be good to do it again.

Yep, that was us.
What a pity we didn't get there earlier - we could have parked two not-so-shiny ones together.

A couple of pics of the SW Dolly Day on Sunday have been put on the Triumph FB pages but wondering if anyone else took pics and if they'd like to post any of them. With your permission I'd also like to pass some onto Steve Waldenberg for the Dolly Mixture. With my (ahem) 'issue' I was a bit busy and didn't manage to get any. Cheers.

Just back from our mini break.

It was a great day and good to catch up with old & new friends. Good also to meet, I believe, "Sailor" on here? Very enthusiastic about his recent Sprint acquisition and plans for some go-faster bits and "Magenta Auto Sprint", finally put a face to the name. I also liked Andy Moss's TR7 powered Dolly in Mallard Green, very nice.

I also enjoyed a bit of "hands-on" on Mikes Sprint.

See you all, hopefully, in September at the TDCIR.
Sprintless for the first time in 35+ years. :boggle2: ... Still Sprintless.

Engines, Gearboxes, Overdrives etc. rebuilt. PM me.
