How about my Sprint? We could sort out the remaining niggles & smarten the alloys up a bit...

Is there going to be a sprint on the stand ( sorry haven't read the whole thread)? If so does the owner want a pertronix/aldon ignitor fitted? I'll let it go v cheap if it works  .

Cheers

If Justyn is amenable to doing the transport there and back, remember the transformation Jod did on KDU at Himley Hall?

It needs doing again! Along with front tie bar bushes...

Fortune favours the brave, I reckon. Also I need to see how the front suspension goes together...

Ok, like many of our events, the organisation here has been a bit shambolic. However, as with most of them, it's turned out all right at the end....

Cars on stand;
Justyn's 1300 for suspension rebuild.
Von's 1500(?) for wing repair panel, new carpets, new fuel tank etc etc.

Space permitting...
Nathan's 1300 for interior restoration OR Dave's Sprint or one of Alun's projects or.....well you can argue over it on the day

As stated in an earlier post, the passes (10 in total) are with BWJ (Triumph1300) 5 mins from the showground. As mentioned, these should really go to members who need to be in early (ie. before 9.30am on the Sunday, or on the Saturday afternoon) to help set up. The Club will look sympathetically at the idea of reimbursing volunteers who man the stand and who paid for their tickets on the gate.

Mike G should hopefully be able to bring Club banner, table, calling cards, back issues of Dolly Mixture etc.

Dave (Toledo Man) is bringing the Club regalia items.

I'll leave others to decide who is bringing the tools, if that's ok?

I'm really sorry about that Andy, I was hoping it would all have been sorted before I went gallavanting.

I'll have my full set of tools in the boot, such as it is. (hammer :D )

Here's the location we usually meet at on the sunday morning at 8 am.

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&hl=en ... =1&iwloc=B

I'll be there from about 7:45 till 8:15 drinking awful service station tea. :D

That wasn't at dig at anyone, Dave. The organisation of most of our events is shambolic - and I organise them!

That would be the plan Ken.

The toss-up will be for the last car, and considering that Von's 1500 is quite a big job, as is Justyn's 1300, another big one might be a bit much, and an interior is not something I've seen done before. My vote goes to Nath's 1300 for the interior revamp.
