The front wheels are on ramps.
Edit: oh I see, the pic at the beginning. Not recommended as it can dent the chassis rail, but if you put a plank of wood across it helps to spread the load.

when it was a bare shell with no engine I put stands under chassis rail while I fitted front subframe.
