What other wheels are there?

#1 Post by David6214 »

We had a few comments on Phils Stag wheels the other day - about how class they look - and we all know sprint wheels are lurvly, but what other wheels have people fitted, or do we all just go with convention. I have seen rover montego ones on an ebay one and I have some faux minilites on my V8....over to you guys

Off the top of my head :

In Triumph PCD & Fit...

- Alleycats
- CRX motorsport wheels
- Exactons
- Wolfraces
- Centrelines
- Revolutions
- Cosmics
- Weller competition steels
- Sprint wheels (obviously)
- Avon Safety wheels
- Minilites
- KN (minilite replicas)
- Superlites
- TR8s
- MGF/Rover alloys
- Any Spitfire/GT6/Vitesse/Herald wheel (I think :))

In Triumph PCD but not sure if they'll fit (due to centre bore, clearance, etc) :

- Austin Marina
- Lotus Europa / Elan
- Rover 100

wow I remember some of them from my mini days, alley cats and wolfraces especially, but we were a strictly revolutions and minilites crew...

Who can get a pic of one of the entries from Lewis's list that is different to Marts, Phils or Mine

Didn't have much time this morning, so it had to be a quick job. I think it'll look really good in the flesh!

I'll do a neater one when I return from my motorsport design lecture :)
