Birdingbury Festival - 12th-13th July

I attended this show with the RCMOC (Rugby Classic Mini Owners Club) last year, at it was a great weekend. I think it would be great to have a stand here with a model of each mark. Most people get there on the friday to get the stands ready etc for the weekend. Alot of people also camp overnight.

Ive emailed the organisers to try and find some more details. This is the reply:

"Michael,

The forms for 2008 Birdingbury Country Festival have been posted to those on our database, with priority to anyone who attended last year.

Unfortunately due to space limitations, we have to watch the numbers for each category especially the ‘independent’ car owners. However, we do encourage car clubs – this is on the understanding that they are here on Friday to ‘stake out’ a pitch & then help organize their own members (we are a very small group of individuals who need any help possible).

If you would like to attend as a club, then please can you forward me your postal address so that I can send you the necessary entry forms.

Please indicate numbers.

I would be grateful if you could distribute the forms to your members, and then return in bulk once completed. We should then be able to make sure your entry numbers are consecutive so they appear together in the programme.

If you would like to have a piece about your club – history, how many members etc - included in the programme, please forward.

Im willing to go on the friday and set a stand up, anyone else interested? They need to know numbers, and we have to submit an entry form. Let me know ASAP and i can get the forms sent through.
