Different parts are; clutch hydaulic system, flywheel/flexplate, interior gearlever tray, prop, ..... oh & gearbox I think too.
But do you really want to do this ? A Sprint auto is now a rare car, & nice to drive too.

...clutch pedal, brake pedal, carb linkeages, transmission tunnel, need an engine adaptor plate too as the auto doesn't have one, clutch kit...

Performance is allegedly identical and as TC says they always were rare, to the point in 2004 there were only 44 registered at Swansea, one of which I scrapped since, so think on...

Was it this one?

If you only paid a grand for it the wing is worth over 20% of that alone!

...by the way, welcome!

Had an auto sprint, loved it, miss it, wouldn't have changed it for a manual for anything (that said I had a manual, or two as well)

The auto sprint is an engaging drive, hold it in 2 for spirited driving :)

Are you running a transmission cooler, take that out and fit a bypass hose unless you are towing.

What colour, what age?

cheers

later shell....make sur eyou take the right pre 76 parts across if you are keeping the pre 76 reg plate.

if you are buiolding one up into a later shell, why not keep the autio sprint and sell it as a going concern and get the parts you need for a manual from one of us :like Mr xvivalve?) saves one of the last 40 auto sprints being broken....

If i did sell it as a going concern there is only so much someone would do to a shell to make it good and this has gone way to far to be redone! Sadly
