hmmm memory test...

honda c90
dolly SE
rgv125
rd125
dt125
cb250n (superdream)
MG metro conversion thing (saw me out of my teens)
mini
ntx 650 (dominator)
vtr1000
"orange"
"white"
"stealth"
gixer 750 fighter

but also, when the metro went i joined the fleet world, so my fleet vehicles have been as follows:

cavalier 1.8gls
rover 420
bora v5
caddy tdi van
focus (crap version)
focus tdci
focus tdci
laguna dci (dynamique)

the company cars started when i was 22. was 19 when i 'built' the metro, you may laugh but that thing was awesome, no matter how hard i tried i couldnt kill it.

these all kind of overlapped in different ways... currently 33, wife, kid (s), had cat until it didnt use the green cross code 6 mths ago.

I know this has drifted off a bit, but you know... sign of old age, talking about the past...

Maybe.
Whatever I get it needs to be tax exempt and have a bit of go! Weekend use only for ferrying kids about.

Thanks for the offer but I really do want something tax exempt. I really hate paying for something I don't use - don't even get me started on council tax !!!!!

OK, hopefully I get not shot with this list :( Hard to remember everything. At least it started with a Ford Fiesta from the first series with the 948cc engine and 40hp. Afterwards an upgrade to an 2 litre 130hp Vauxhall Cavalier (Opel Ascona C). Then the next downgrade to an MB 200D (W123) with 1,8tons and 60hp and from there climbing up the steps of horse power with an Vauxhall Vectra, BMW 318ti Compact, BMW 320i, Porsche 986, Porsche 993 TurboS, BMW M5 (E39, the hardcore peak with an compressor engine delivering 627hp on the rear wheels and Porsche racing brakes which only 19" wheels could cover, tires last 500-1000 miles but was fun when meeting a Ferrari on the German motorway with some grey haired chap inside getting frustrated with this family sedan killing him......), than a downgrade to an M3 SMG2 (E46, mild tuned) and now a M5 (E60, mild tuned.....). The later expensive cars had been leased company cars for tax reduction. Otherwise they would not achieveable..... In parallel I drive the real stuff since I bought my TR3B in 1999, the Spitfire in early 2005 and now finally the Dolomite Sprint. Midterm I will downsize the company daily driver and sell also the Spitfire when the kids are out of the house to stick with my Sprint and TR :D

I didn't start driving till 22 so no teen cars for me, and my first ever car, now 10 years later, is my 1500 fwd which I've now owned for 3 months! Talk about jumping in at the deep end...

Well I am still 19 so I haven't done all my teens yet!

Only car I have had so far is my 1.6 Focus Zetec. Nice enough modern car, just bored of it now. Looking for a Sprint to buy between now and summer.

Oh yes blame Lewis for me liking Dollys. :D

Dolomite 1300
Mini Clubman Estate
MkIV Cortina Estate
Then bought the Blue Sprint in my Avatar which has been with me ever since. Had loads of other motors over the 12yrs after my teens but none seem to have effected my like the Dolomites have.
