Start looking like a car again...
My choice of shock is fully adjusable GAZ on rimmer uprated springs.
I have converted to sierra brake caliper and vw golf disc. Made the braket myself using a water cutting machine :D . Make new coppernikkel brake line all over, also fuel line in 8mm coppernikkel.

The engine is not ready yet, i have to buy new timing chain kit, including spocket.
Is the rimmer kit a good choice?? The block is honed, the pistons got new rings. All bearing new.
Valves reprofiled 3 angle + polish. Head ultrasonic cleaned.

The satin black is going to be painted at a later moment, let the paint release some gas first.
I can't make up my mind about the satin black sills yet. I know it is originally painted black, but I can't make up my mind if i like it or not.....

Get the proper reynolds tensioner. Have a read around the forum where this is discussed a lot.

The pad comes off the cheap one...with disastrous results.

Jonners
Note from Admin: sadly Jon passed away in February 2018 but his humour and wealth of knowledge will be fondly remembered by all. RIP Jonners.

Looking good!

Can we have more pics of the frame you've built to move it around on please? Very intrigued! :)
Come and see some pretty shoddy, slow driving of a really well prepared competition Sprint here!
