No, a couple of friends visited the weekend the Tour of Britain started one of whome used to be a machine shop engineer. I asked his advice as the lip you can see here prevented me drilling it out
Even the dentist drill attachment on a dremel is too fat to alight along the axis of the bolt. I did smile when I saw the same trick in the binky vid.

I got an Argon5 10L/2000L bottle. Outright purchase on the bottle so only gas cost at refill time.
