More nice work Phil.
I've passed your feedback regarding the rear wing panel on to the fabricator; he's been making these for us for a good number of years without reported problems so he's going to check his patterns...

Hi the hole for the bumper mount was too high and the panel was too long. Didn't take much to get it to fit properly.

Got the boot emptied and stripped out on the doner car. Also cut a repair section out of the top of the rear wing to repair the rust on the other body. There was a puddle of petrol under the car aswell so inspected fuel tank and its seen better days!

Today I went to the car and looked at the rear quarter panel and I wasn't happy with how the repair looked. So I cut along the original weld and repaired it so the panel now looks like the proper shape and won't take much to finish off before final paint.

Today I got the C post repaired. It warped a little after doing all the patches so had to cut a cross in it to remove the dent.

Today I re welded the wing repair to make it flatter and easier to hide when finishing bodywork off. Cleaned and painted the lower part of the B post. Started to sort out the bottom of the A pillar by cutting out all the rust and priming ready for re building. Spayed some top coat to seal the primer and repairs I've already done.

Got the A posts finished off. Cleaned up part of the engine bay, rust treated and painted. Cleaned up front panel and found a few more holes. Treated rust and primed ready for repair. Started to clean up inside front wheel arch.
