potentially, yes, though we do have an account with a redditch based spring manufacturer who made our clutch pedal return springs, manufactured in the UK too!

Another possibility is using "universal" springs. These are available in many sizes, stiffnesses and quality. I made a few years ago for an Italian rallyteam uprated gp2 suspension parts and also had a set of shocks made with springs. I had these made with a uniball as a lower bush and I modified the std springseats fitting larger studs and to accept 2,25 inch dia springs. I never used these myself yet because before I do buy these for my own rally cars the Italians could test them for me. 8)
