Excellent! At last a jumble that I can get to without needing to wake up super-early!

Must get myself along to that one mate.

Good, so how many stalls are expected to turn up then? May just pop down there if the amount of tat on sale makes it worth the entry fee. :D

Well, that was very well worth the run out. A good event that should grow into an outstanding one, loads of stuff there that hadn't appeared previously at Rufforth Park or even Newby, and a lot closer to home than either of those venues.
Some interesting stuff in the car park (older and interesting cars had our own parking area away from the shavers in their rusty Mondeos.....), and true to form, having stopped off en-route to have a quick swatch at a car boot sale, I missed seeing the other three (or was it four, Pandaselecta?) Dolomites that had been there, including SOO, formerly Paul's (Pal1972's) Sprint and a couple of others that I may not have seen before.

I came away with a twirly thing that attaches to the steering wheel, ideal for parking on days when an arm isn't working too well. Wanted one 'cos now I can go driftin' innit?

Prices were incredibly low:
'50s "King of the road" lamps in good to excellent condition from £8 a pop, anyone?
mini Cooper and Cooper 'S' hubs complete with driveshafts and tiny discs c/w calipers, the fella was practically giving those away at £very little.
MK3 Cortina bits included a wing, trim parts, engines and engine bits. Prices to make a Dolomite owner cry into his mead.
A stall full with brake cylinders for pretty much everything, including the ultra-rare saddle cylinder for the A30/A35 and A40 Farina MK1 with hydro/mechanical brakes.

Good event, be there next time, or, er, be somewhere else. :)

Have changed the thread title as the next one is on the 20th of June. This will be bigger and better than the last autojumble, with a classic ice cream van, and many more stalls :)

Bump for this as the prices are lower, the sellers are half price, and the buyers get in a half hour earlier :)
