Amberley Classic Car Summer Picnic - 24th July 2011

#1 Post by David6214 »

A great show, usually about a hundred cars of all marques there. My entry form arrived yesterday, but due to not having an eligible car (1955 - 1983) I won't be showing this year.

£5 entry for your car and all of its passengers which includes entrance to the museum as well.

The museum is in a beautiful setting with old industrial buildings etc there are various pics on here of previous events.

Amberley Museum, Amberley, Arundel, BN18 9LT
Previous owner of 42 Dolomite shaped vehicles, 14 Sprints, 12 1850s, 8 1500s, 3 V8s, 3 Toledos and 2 SEs

Popped down today; met some people who own Dolomites, and saw a rather nice selection of cars and, all wonderfully displayed; in particular a Moggy Minor sitting next to an old house; looking for all the world that it was 1963 :D

I wondered how long it would take for Mrotwoman's Caddy to appear on this forum. There's a limit to how easily you can hide something that big & cyberspace is small. Or is it just far away? :D

Use subsilver theme, then it'll work. Not only that but your avatar will then appear on the correct side of your posts.
