I like the panels marked Staines, these could have come from Staines Motors, sadly no longer there but the block of flats built on the site has be named Triumph House. When I bought my sub frame shims from Rimmers a few years ago, they had a Staines Motors price ticket on them, 39p each, (Rimmers price was more like £4 each.) so they bought all the remaining stock when it closed.

I too was fascinated by the "staines" markings! I was taken in there, by whom, I can no longer recall but it would have been in the mid 80s and several years after the place closed! It was a complete Aladdin's cave from which I was allowed to buy as many bits as I could afford (sadly not that many) at about 50% of (last) list price. The story I had was that the franchise changed before closure but the owner (or possibly his father) was a Triumph fan so the parts were kept but not offered for sale until after the business closed and the site was being cleared.
