At last, someone who can do it properly
How does the shell hold up to the rallying, as a matter of interest? Has it had any prep like seam welding?

Lewis, the shell has been seam welded and fitted with a SD bolt in cage BUT the cage has not been 'tied' to the pillars - it really should be as the shell flexes especially around the front windscreen lower ends.

So by seam welding a shell do you basically go over every spot welded surface and seam it? Do things have to be seperated first then seam welded?

No need to undo the spots welds except where outer panels need to be removed to access hidden joints.
