Halfords ones work fine on my 1500FWD. Can't remember the particular model number.

Same problem as Grifterkid...

Popped into Halfords and they only have 11" ones for Spit, Herald. GT6 (Halford part no W10 - sold singly only ) and slightly larger ones for the Staaaag.

My ones leave more smears than at a general election and have the consistency of hard, crumbly cheese...

Any help on part numbers - or equivilents I could fit (or any Unipart joblots you might want to sell :D ) really appreciated...Thanks Ross

I just replaced the rubber blades on mine. Your local motor factor might have something suitable in stock.

I'm too late to offer a new Unipart pair at £7.80 including postage then, £2.80 of that being the postage the rob dogs that are royal mail charge!

I still have about 30 pair left!

How much did Rimmers charge?

Some, if not all, Toledo wiper arms are different from Dolomite wiper arms in two ways. There is a screw locking the arm on to the wiper spindle, and the 'pip' to lock the wiper blade in position is a separate thin sheet metal pressing which is located towards the end of the arm in the cut outs shown on your photo. The wiper arm is then fitted over the top and locked in place by the pip, Dolomite wiper arms have the pip pressed into the end of the arm to fix the wiper arm in position.

Your arms are missing their sheet metal pips so your wipers will not lock in position.

Xviv ... dammit I should have waited for your response... too quick off the mark ... like I ordered a Haynes manual off ebay (2nd hand) and now it's here I realise (duh!) that it covers 1970 - to 1978 not the 1970 - 1981 edition that covers my tandem brakes.... grrr

Rimmer charged 15.42 for 2
