Do your prep first, saves time effort and money on re-test.

Yea - washer jets, wiper arcs, lights....all simple things and easy to fail the test on. Shame to have it fail on something easily avoidable....
Got my Sprint through first time just by doing a few simple checks and making sure everything worked as it should!
Good luck!
