New 1850 project, no V5 present

Hi I have got a BRG 1850 to do up and need to get docs, to mot and tax and register etc, think we only have the chassis plate to go off!! I am sure I can apply off the Chassis plate, but can someone confirm and know the form to download! Huge thanks pat

The DVLA are a bit random when it comes to VIN lookups. Sometimes they'll do it, other times they'll get confused. If you know a friendly motor trader they will be able to do a lookup from the chassis number!
