Dare I say whatever you can find. I can no longer buy them locally in any flavour at all.
Unipart were always good, but these days it may not pay to be fussy.

An alternative is to get hold of one of the special adapters that are 11/16 thread into the block, but 3/4 at the other end. This enables you to use easily available filers from fords/vw and many others. I imported a batch from the states when a friend popped over, they were quickly snapped up (I made nothing, sold on at cost) but hard to find over here, unless you have access to some 11/16 and 3/4 dies.....and maybe a lathe.

It might be worth considering a MicroGreen filter, which combines a full-flow filter and fine-filtration bypass filter, into a single canister.

https://www.microgreenfilter.com/

This is the filter for the Triumph Spitfire 1500, which should be the same as that needed for the Triumph Toledo & Dolomite 13/1500.

Note those filters (horribly expensive) still use the 3/4 unf adapter that you can't get over here!
There aqre people selling similar filters for spitfires (K+N etc oil filters) suitable for spits BUT again 3/4 thread. I actually asked a few if they could supply the adapter. None could.
