Could just check I have the right clutch slave?

The one I bought is here http://www.angclassiccarparts.co.uk/hom ... 0hl-toledo, listed with a 7/8 bore.

The 1976 parts book gives the original 1500 / HL ( and also the 1300 ) part number as RTC7215. This translates to GSY105 as the new part number. So that looks O.K. It doesn't state the original bore size though.
If this was my 1850 I've measured about 3/4 inch of travel at the the slave cylinder push-rod when operated. And it shouldn't sink back when held. Can a 1500 owner provide a comparative measurement for their car ?
Tony.
