Why you should always have a dashcam.....

#1 Post by James467 »

This is why and I am afraid it is also why I dislike motorcyclists.....

This lovely person decided to undertake me, yes thats right, undertake me between the car and the kerb when there was oncoming traffic kicking my rear door and smacking the left hand door mirror this was after riding up behind me at high speed, flashing his headlights and weaving.

As you can see I am doing the speed limit.

He has subsequently been reported to the fuzz for a hit and run.

Bet he didn't think I'd have a dashcam.... prick

Well, because I reported it to the police and this is a public forum I thought best to do so.

I can unmask it, would I get in trouble?

I would wait until after you get the inevitable 'taking the matter no further due to lack of evidence' letter. You never know, miracles occasionally happen. Once you have that letter out the prick.

It doesn't seem to stop all those YouTubers who post dashcam vids...

James, you did the right thing.

Brilliant :D
Motorcyclists are the worst ones on forums and YouTube for complaining about other road users.
Boo Hoo he pulled out on me, never mind the fact that the idiot was doing over double the speed limit.
Down here even the police motorcyclists have that same attitude when a poor car driver did not see that the police riders were doing 109 MPH in a 50 MPH limit!!! and a collision occurred. You guessed it, the car driver was fined over a £1000 for not seeing them in time.

Put your picture on Piston Heads with the same message and see the reaction from these two wheeled Darwinites as they berate you for leaving a gap wide enough for a bike to undertake you
I bet the police do what they usually do.....................nothing.
track action maniac.

I hope you have a lot of pre-footage to prove you did nothing wrong also.
