What do people do here? Most Dollys I've seen have a crack in the paint here. Is there anyway to avoid that or is it just another great dolly quirk like hitting the Rev counter when you start up?:D

Should just be a line where the panels join.
Not sure if there was a bit of seam sealer here and then primed and painted over when made but my early ones
all tend to rust around here. The later ones are a bit better but still have the line for the joint.

At the top joint I just used Tiger seal, there being no other obvious way to join the GRP panels together. at the bottom join with the valance I used Tiger seal and tapping bolts, the same as every other join I made when fitting the club GRP panels. This has proved to be very tough so far.
I wiped the excess Tiger seal away so the seam was still obviously there in both places as that's how it would have looked when new.

I just used bolts, and put up with the gap. Mainly because i want the wings to be easy to remove in case I have to do more work on the metal underneath.
