I had a W reg series 2, by that point the rust proofing was so good that I managed to jet wash the paint clean off the drivers door, and it never rusted!

The demise of Lancia was very sad,

a manufacturer which was so forward thinking,
they even had biodegradeable plastic & leather.

I think the ad should have read 'Lancia Beta alloys. Covered in crud, but should clean up....'

Sadly as the V5 is listed what it should read is 'Lancia ringing kit, perfect for disguising the theft of someone's pride and joy'. Far too much of this sort of thing on eBay.

I wouldn't touch it, the tracking appears to be wildly out. Possible accident damage lurks beneath...

I have such an object in dolomite form in my garden. It is going to be moved one more time when the shed is ready so it can go next to it rest in piece. I think three more years it is like this lancia.

Yeah, you can see Time Team coming along for a dig in Jeroens Garden, finding a column bush and going "ah yes, a Dolomite was left here"
