Are alloy carb mounts for 1850's still available through the club?

Except those are TR7 or Sprint ones for HS6 carbs in the pics. and I have to say again sawing the studs off is
an unnecessary and damn tedious business for which there is no need if they were made properly to start with.

Jonners.

Stud length has been altered.
If I'm not told off a problem how can it be changed.

Never mind the breather hose or the fact that the heater pipes are not connected. Just gaze in awe at the carb mounts with their hand-shortened studs.

If insulators are used the stud length is correct:

I have never seen these on a TR7 or Sprint.

I just used decent gaskets when I have done these. We did complain about the over long studs before too for Phil's benefit.

I cant explain why you weren't told this earlier.

The phenolic spacers would be a good idea if airbox to master cylinder clearance wasnt so tight (sprint).
