No, check your fractions.
1.5 inches is one and a half inches is 1 and 1/2 inches is 1 and 8/16 inches is 1 and 16/32 inches.

1 and 5/16 inches is....1 and 5/16 inches. In other words a wee bit over 1 and 1/4 inches, a most unusual size in my experience.

Check out this site:
Deep one and half inch impact socket six sided and 1/2 drive.Suitable many early English vehicles (BMC mini,Allegro,1100,1300 Maxi etc) and others as ball joint, flywheel and hub nut sockets etc, £11.00p

I'm not saying this is a suitable socket, simply that it is 1.5"!

I found that 1 & 1/2" AF sockets with a 1/2" drive are rare. I ended up buying one of these

The bolt in question is extremely tight, but with my air impact gun it came undone easily.

This is my solution to releasing the crank pulley nut. Its a 3/4 in drive breaker bar and a really solid socket. I have to use a 3/4 to 1/2 in drive adaptor for the torque wrench though.
