Bushings

The bushings on the shafts of my rear dampers have perished.
I guess you could call them bump stops as well. Can these be replaced
or are only proprietary bushings available. They are Gaz adjustable.

Yes the bushes on the top of the shocks can be renewed https://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-517985POLY

I mean the tapered bushings between the top of the shock absorber body
and the nut and washer.
