What really needs to happen here is that a local member, or Area Organiser, needs to contact the show organisers and book a club stand area, then publicise the show so that local (and not so local) members can meet up at the show. Hey presto, a regional Dolly Day!

I've only managed to go once in the last 10 years because it nearly always clashes with an MG event at Silverstone which I always go to and hence there's zero chance of me organising anything at Trentham. Must admit last time I went I was a little underwhelmed but perhaps I've got used to going to Tatton Park!
However if anyone does ever want to turn it into a more regional day then do let me know and I can assist with organising something even if I don't go personally.
