Re: rear seat belts
My Toledo had all the captive nuts needed for rear belts. Mine are statics, no idea what type Rimmer's supply. But undoubtedly securon, which are generic (and are available at really good prices on eBay, saved about £25 when I got my spitfire inertia belts)

Re: rear seat belts
The reel sits on top of the parcel shelf so a hole must be drilled into the shelf to get to the captive nut underneath. Youll see it when you look into the boot and crick your neck. Seat base out you should see the other captives too. They may have little bungs in them if not thats where water comes in lol

Re: rear seat belts
I fitted mine a couple of weeks ago ,as Tony said all mounting points are there, the only thing I changed was the length of the seat buckle, you need 4-6 inches

Re: rear seat belts
I have just put the Securon belts in the back of mine too. Like in the article mentioned above I mounted the reels on the dog-leg bracket to allow the belt freedom of movement over the top roll of the seat. See the photo.

Re: rear seat belts
Would it be possible to use front seat belts in the back ?
This thread refers to buying Securon items, but would spare front ones also work ?
Thanks, Richard

Re: rear seat belts
front belts are designed to work with the reel upright, the rears work with the reel horizontal, so basically, NO!RichardHyde wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2019 9:26 pm Would it be possible to use front seat belts in the back ?
