Wiring diagram

there's two fuses in a dolomite, is one permit 12volt and the other ignition supply , also for the heated rear window should there be a relay

Dolomites don't do relay's. Pure good old amps through the switches.

Yes, one is permanent the other is through the ignition switch. There should be relays on a lot or circuits...but there wasn't from the factory.

Relays need more cabling and cause connecting confusion on the assembly line, thus a reason to strike, easier to buy high amperage expensive dc switches.

I still think of relays as a novelty, and I'm not that old, as all the cars I had growing up never had relays or if they did it was just the one like for the horn.

Mr Lucas has been a tad unjustly maligned, just as with any other, at the time ubiquitous, mass producer of product they build and deliver to a cost. Could be worse, like the Magneti Marelli stuff I've encountered in years gone past!

It's very hard to make exact reproductions of Italian harnesses. It's almost unnatural to fabricate because I'm always tempted to improve because that's so easy to do.
