New Dolomite Owner

#1 Post by wozzer1340 »

Hello all, I've recently bought a 1850 Dolomite with Sprint running gear. It doesn't look like your average Dolomite and so far I'm spending more time chatting to people about than driving it...

I saw that online when it was up for sale recently. I like it a lot! Well done you, something different and bold. I thought it was a sensible price too, considering it looks every bit as good as a 25k ford escort.

How does it drive? Must be a bit noisy in there, if I remember rightly the interior is stripped out? But great fun I bet.

Enjoy it. :D

Drives really well, sounds like an old touring car with the side exit exhaust. We're just having some issues with getting it running right at the moment. Definitely a good buy and to be honest a lot rarer than an escort...
