Check the windscreen wiper motor plate

I have spent years trying to cure a leak into the passenger footwell. Had a look in the rain and there was a drip coming from the base of the plate holding the windscreen motor.

Removed it and the only thing keeping the water out is sealant around the plate. Renewed the sealant and now the footwell is dry. So if you have a leak you can't track down, could be worth a look.
