If it is in original condition and you can get it for under 10K that would be a good price.
It's very difficult to give a valuation without seeing the car, but original unrestored cars in good condition seem to command the top prices.
I think the market is a bit flat at the moment, but a similar car to what you are describing sold for 10K 2-3 years ago, and values have definitely gone up since then.

Have you had a good look under the car? Make certain the chassis legs are solid and the boot floor. There are lots of places that a Dolomite can and will rust in so have a good look before you make a purchase.

Where exactly are you ?, if as your name suggest you our in the Hampshire area then we have a few Dolly enthusiasts in the area, i am sure one of us locally to you would be happy to view the car with you if you want a second opinion. If not see if you can get some pictures and post on here, will be a lot easier to make an honest assessment.
